A Church Divided
Christians have
enough to deal
with in this
world being
constantly under
attack for our
Faith in our
Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ; we
cannot afford to
also have
confrontation
among ourselves.
A Church Divided
will complicate
our lives as
individuals and
harm our very
walk with
Christ. We
Christians are
the Church on
earth and belong
to the very same
‘Body of Christ’
having the very
same Father in
Heaven and we
must be
supportive
toward one
another rather
than having
conflict within.
A Church Divided
weakens the
light we are
expected to
shine in the
midst of
darkness all
around us.
Please lift each
other up during
these terrible
times which we
live in so that
together as One
Body of Christ,
we can be more
effective in
spreading the
Truth of the
Gospel across
such a world of
Sin.
I say all this
because it is
bad enough to
see our Churches
falling apart
due to a failure
to preach the
Truth and now I
see more and
more conflict
between
Christians then
there ever
should be.
We are of the
same family of
God!
Matthew 5:44 -45
says: “But
I say unto you,
Love your
enemies, bless
them that curse
you, do good to
them that hate
you, and pray
for them which
despitefully use
you, and
persecute you that ye may be the children of your Father which is
in heaven: for
he maketh his
sun to rise on
the evil and on
the good, and
sendeth rain on
the just and on
the unjust”.
Ephesians 4:4-6
says,
“There is one
body, and one
Spirit, even as
ye are called in
one hope of your
calling; One
Lord, one faith,
one baptism, One
God and Father
of all, who is
above all, and
through all, and
in you all. But
unto every one
of us is given
grace according
to the measure
of the gift of
Christ.”
John 7:24
Jesus says “Do
not judge
according to
appearance, but
judge with
righteous
judgment.”
Many Christians
to include
myself complain
often about the
things happening
in the world
around us
because it is
disturbing in
our hearts to
see how the
world is so far
from the word of
God. This does
not imply that
we are mean
people because
in fact it is
just the
opposite, God is
Love and since
He is Love and
we (Christians)
are His
children, then
we Love too so
being that we
love the people
of this world,
it hurts us just
as it hurts our
creator God to
see such
disruption and
corruption in
the world.
For Example:
Most Christians
to include
myself do not
like President
Obama because
there are too
many evil ways
about this man
and his actions
and words
displays love of
the world and
not God.
This does not in
any way mean
that we are not
to love him and
pray for him! We
certainly do Not
like how our
Commander In
Chief has
represented our
great County of
The United
States or more
importantly we
do Not like how
he has
disregarded the
Bible and our
Father in
Heaven. What we
can do however;
is pray that God
uses this man to
fulfill God’s
will as it
should be done
on earth. The
man (Obama) will
pay his own
price for
discarding God
but his actions
should at least
fulfill God’s
will.
Mark 16:15
says “Go ye into
all the world,
and preach the
gospel to every
creature”
So this is what
we are to do to
our very best
ability.
John 8:12
Jesus says to
the Pharisees "I
am the light of
the world: he
that followeth
me shall not
walk in
darkness, but
shall have the
light of life."
So Christians – Let Your Light Shine!
A Church Divided
will fall to the
ways of the
flesh but a
Church United
will have the
backing of
Almighty God,
The Angels in
Heaven and the
Name of Jesus
Christ to Save
Lives for Him!
Matthew 18 18-20
(Amplified Version)
to be understood
easier:
Truly I tell
you, whatever
you forbid {and}
declare to be
improper and
unlawful on
earth must be
what is already
forbidden in
heaven, and
whatever you
permit {and}
declare proper
and lawful on
earth must be
what is already
permitted in
heaven.
Again I tell
you, if two of
you on earth
agree (harmonize
together, make a
symphony
together) about
whatever
[anything and
everything] they
may ask, it will
come to pass
{and} be done
for them by My
Father in
heaven. For
wherever two or
three are
gathered (drawn
together as My
followers) in
(into) My name,
there I AM in
the midst of
them
So to get back
to Judging, most
people think we
are wrong to
Judge others and
in a way they
are correct
because God is
ultimately the
Final Judge
however; we are
to judge with
righteous
judgment as
stated earlier
in
John 7:24 against those who choose to ignore God.
We have every
right as the
children of God
to
STAND UP for
Biblical
Principles regardless of who may be offended. If we back down because worldly
people are
offended by the
Truth of God’s
Word then we
have lost the
battle already.
If He is for us who can be
against us?
Ephesians
6:10-18
“Finally, my
brethren, be
strong in the
Lord, and in the
power of his
might. Put on
the whole armor
of God, that ye
may be able to
stand against
the wiles of the
devil. For we
wrestle not
against flesh
and blood, but
against
principalities,
against powers,
against the
rulers of the
darkness of this
world, against
spiritual
wickedness in
high places.
Wherefore take
unto you the
whole armor of
God, that ye may
be able to
withstand in the
evil day, and
having done all,
to stand. Stand
therefore,
having your
loins girt about
with truth, and
having on the
breastplate of
righteousness;
And your feet
shod with the
preparation of
the gospel of
peace; Above
all, taking the
shield of faith,
wherewith ye
shall be able to
quench all the
fiery darts of
the wicked. And
take the helmet
of salvation,
and the sword of
the Spirit,
which is the
word of God:
Praying always
with all prayer
and supplication
in the Spirit,
and watching
thereunto with
all perseverance
and supplication
for all saints;”
2 Corinthians
4:3-4
“But if our
gospel be hid,
it is hid to
them that are
lost: In whom
the god of this
world hath
blinded the
minds of them
which believe
not, lest the
light of the
glorious gospel
of Christ, who
is the image of
God, should
shine unto
them,”
CHURCH:
Get rid of any
baggage (worldly
issues against
God) that you
may still be
holding onto and
make right your
relationship
with Christ. The
(Rapture) is
near and we must
work harder than
we ever have to
be an example of
God’s Love
toward others
and spread the
Gospel as often
as we can.
God Bless!
